We are "inheriting" my parents' old beach house at the bay, which has been rented out for the past 28 years or so. It's a 972 square foot ranch house with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a 1 car garage. Now I'm having beach dreams. This is my spot for inspiration!
